A Blogging Vacation
Security Dilemmas will go dark for the next few days, as I'm leaving the now-sunny and lovely Tacoma for the sunnier climes of southern California. I will be attending the Are We At War? conference at the School of Law of Chapman University. My paper is entitled "Presidential War-Powers in a Never-Ending War" and is part of a panel on Separation of Powers and Presidential Authority.
